Who we are

These terms apply to bookings made on seaandskytour.com with Sea & Sky Tours & Travels, a tour operator based in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and are per person. The total for your booking is the per-person price for your group size multiplied by the number of travelers. Some group tours have a minimum group size; for smaller groups please request a custom quote.

Deposit and balance

To confirm a booking you pay a 35% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your departure date. We will email you a secure payment link ahead of the due date, and reminders if it is still unpaid.

If your departure date is 30 days away or less, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

When you pay the deposit you can choose how to pay the balance: by card using the payment link we email you, or in cash (US dollars) to our team on arrival in Kathmandu. If you choose cash you can still switch to card at any time.

Payments

Card payments are processed on the secure payment page of our banking partner, Himalayan Bank Limited. We never see or store your card number.

Changes and cancellations

Please email info@seaandskytour.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Whether a deposit or balance can be refunded depends on how close to departure the request is made and on costs we have already committed to suppliers, such as permits, flights and lodges. The applicable terms for your booking will be confirmed to you in writing.

Travel conditions

Itineraries may need to change because of weather, flight schedules, trail or road conditions, or safety. We will always aim to offer an equivalent alternative. You are responsible for holding valid travel documents and appropriate travel and medical insurance, including high-altitude and evacuation cover for treks.
