What we collect
When you book we collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, nationality, trip details and any special requests you give us. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. Payment card details are entered on our bank's payment page and are never seen or stored by us.
How we use it
We use your details to process and run your trip, send booking confirmations, payment links and reminders, and respond to your questions. If you opt in, we also send travel tips and occasional offers.
Newsletter
At checkout you can choose whether to receive our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to info@seaandskytour.com. Unsubscribing does not affect booking emails.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers needed to deliver your trip and our service: our payment processor (Himalayan Bank Limited), our email provider (Resend), our content and booking system (Sanity), our hosting provider (Vercel), and local hotels, guides and transport operators for your trip. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for your trip and for our legal and accounting obligations. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@seaandskytour.com.
