Drive from Kathmandu via Besisahar, trek through the deep Marsyangdi gorge, acclimatize at Manang, then push up to the surreal turquoise Tilicho Lake perched beneath a wall of ice. Remote, wild, and extraordinarily beautiful. Return via the Kali Gandaki with optional Jomsom flight.
